SIMPLE EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an online store credit or an exchange for Sigvaris-YoU Compression Wear® items, subject to the following conditions:
• 30-Day Window: Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original order shipment date.
• Condition of Items: We will ONLY accept exchanges or issue credit for items that are in an unopened, unused, and brand-new condition in their original packaging.
• Clearance Items: All clearance items are a FINAL SALE. Clearance items are strictly excluded from eligibility for online credit or exchanges.
Shipping & Return Logistics
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return Costs: The customer is fully responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item for an exchange.
